Dreieich, 13. July 2022: For a little more than two weeks the new website of the Garantiedatenbank is online and has already gained a lot of positive feedback and praise. For General Manager Thomas Singer the website reflects the developments the company has undergone since its foundation in 2007. That the center of the Garantiedatenbank’s daily business is to satisfy its customers to the maximum, was also paid attention to when designing the website. The menu navigation is clear, there are no sub-pages, and cumbersome scrolling is no longer necessary. Everything makes a light, modern and appealing impression.
To receive a short overview of what the company stands for and where the advantages of its main product, warranty extensions, for trade and B2C lie, an animated explanatory video was integrated. Another novelty is the prominent display of customer testimonials on the website. For interested parties, contacting the Garantiedatenbank via the integrated form on the up to date website has also become much easier. Previous to the new website, the digital agency MIYU worked on the company’s corporate design and logo. Together, both parties also developed a coherent style guide. Thomas Singer’s team is already planning additional steps to make everyone aware of the relaunch.
