MHK organises events for in-house brands with 200 guests in Scheffau and Hamburg

Dreieich, 4th July 2022: elementa, designo, neola, selectiv and xeno - MHK’s in-house brands are a true success story. To underline their importance for the affiliated group and to exchange information about the situation on the market as well as the latest developments and trends, the so-called “Concept Days for in-house brands” were held in Scheffau, Austria, and Hamburg in May and June. Both events focused on the dialogue between industry, trade and the MHK Group. The total of 200 participants not only had the opportunity to talk to MHK Group CEO Dr. Olaf Hoppelshäuser, Sales Director Frank Schütz and Andreas Knehler, who is in charge of the in-house brands.

For the first time, all five supplier partners from the kitchen furniture sector as well as the concept partners from the electrical appliances sector were represented and available for discussions with the retail partners at specially set-up industry meeting points. Business coach and mental expert Stefan Kloppe explained in his lecture “From good to great - How to become an attractive employer” how the participants can develop their company into a successful employer brand and retain their employees in the long-run.

A highlight of the events was the awards’ ceremony. This year, a total of 48 prizes were presented throughout Europe and across. The award in favor of MHK’s in-house brands honours the most successful retail partners and is a marketing component to position themselves as a brand locally. In addition to the award, all winners received an individual POS package.
